2025 SAFN Biennial Convention
The 2025 Society of Air Force Nurses Convention has two separate parts with a Land-Based and a Fall Colors Cruise to follow.
Hotel accommodations are the Crown Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI located minutes away from the Providence, RI Theodore Green Airport (PVD). Hotel will provide free shuttle service to and from PVD
- October 13, 2025 -Leadership Team arrives
- October 14, 2025 -Registration is open to members and afternoon tours
- October 14, 2025- Welcome Reception
- October 15, 2025- Opening Ceremonies followed by Memorial Service, Business Meeting and Installation of Officers. Lunch at hotel followed by Tours in the afternoon
- October 16, 2025- Regional and Committee Meetings in morning, tour in afternoon followed by Dinner in the hotel
- October 17th, 2025 Land-Based Convention ends, members leave for Boston Cruise Port
- SAFN Fall Colors Cruise on the Norwegian Gem arranged by our membership chairperson Cheryl Greentree.
